Once we have received your request, we will take a look and find the best fit for your event. We will get back to you with either a confirmation the event can be booked as planned or some alternative ideas for the best fit.

Once a date has been settled on, we will hold the date for 1 business day and the organizer will be required to submit:

• the names and phone numbers of each guest
• confirmation of services requested
• a credit card to hold the booking

If we do not hear back with the required information in the time permitted to secure the booking the hold will be lifted.

Depending on the size and needs of the group there may be additional fee’s which will be discussed once your initial form is received.
