CELL PHONES – We kindly ask that turn your cell phone and pager to silent and remember to talk in a spa voice

RESERVATIONS – Make memories with your family and friends at Daydreams. A perfect venue to celebrate Birthdays, bridal parties or just a girl get-together.

SINGLE SERVICE – Book by calling 204-717-7500. Cancellations must be a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the appointment time

MULTIPLE SERVICES – Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hrs prior to your appointment time

GROUPS AND PARTIES OF 5 OR MORE – Planning a party! Call with your wishes and our coordinator will arrange all the details. Please remember that we need time to get ready to give you your best experience.  

PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS – Exclusive use of our pedicure room and treatment area – All group booking policies will apply – There must a minimum of 10 guests to book this room – We can set up your food and/or snacks – Drink menu available at the cost $5 per refreshment. This would be added to your final bill. -15% GRATUITY and 15% facility fee WILL BE ADDED ON TO YOUR FINAL BILL.  

CANCELLATIONS FOR PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS(10 OR MORE)  Cancellations and changes MUST be done a minimum of 7 days prior.

7 days and less there will be no refunds for cancellations or changes in service -CANCELLATIONS MADE inside of 7 days will be charged 50% of the total service fees. CANCELLATIONS MADE inside of 3 Days will be charged 100% of all service fees. Please note that this time has been booked especially for you and our service providers work on a commission basis. CANCELLATIONS Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully require -24 hours notice for a single service adjusting, rescheduling or cancelling -48 hours notice for multiple services or packages adjusting, rescheduling or cancelling -7 Days for all private groups( 10 or more guests) for adjusting, reshuffling or cancelling

NO SHOWS will be charged a 100% fee of the value of their service

CONFIRMATIONS As a courtesy we confirm your service appointment with us. However, if we can not reach you or leave a message please understand that is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

FOLLOW UPS – You can expect a call from your service provider around 48 hrs after your service. We do this to ensure the best possible outcome from your experience. We really appreciate any input you have to improve our customer service.

GRATUITIES – Gratuities are not included in the service price list except private group bookings. Single service tipping is done at the discretion of the guest. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES – Gift the Daydreams experience. Gift certificates may be purchased for any denomination or for any service we offer. -They are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. -Gift certificates can not be processed as returns or reimbursed.
